Training of trainers (ToT) initiative to The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Department of Labour and Vocational Training.
Progress Vocational Training Centre (PVTC) has concluded the Online Vocational Training to 15 members of the Department of Labor and Vocational Training & Curriculums, to be the first private sector company to cooperate building the capabilities of trainers and enable them to implement online training platforms and encourage the continuation of training and establish further courses as it raises the capabilities and competencies of staff and labour.
PVTC delivered 3 day training which included
- 2021 Vision of training collaboration.
- Training needs and platforms.
- Vocational Training Skills and Tools.
- Training Management and preparations.
- Measuring Results and Impact.
- ToT workshops.
- Post Training and follow ups.
PVTC is looking forward to offering similar training to Governmental and Private sector in the region to enhance to the country’s level of learning and practically Vocational learning which results in support the poor in such difficult times in addition to encouraging those with so much talents to stand out in the community.
